In windows after pressing that key you might have to right click in Paint and paste it there then host that Paint file - very long and arduous and paintful althogether.

If you click on the "Re: Lads we're already closing in on 1000 posts" at the top of your own (or whichever post) you'll see the number appear in the browser address bar. That's also a way of linking to a particular post in a thread btw.

So what number were you when you asked?

Ah it was 3014th. Ah well. I just seen 3000 on the sidescreen in the portal. I'll just lie to my grandchildren, so.

3,000 posts> My word, the Machine Nation economy is booming! Posting rates, discussion growth, username expansion, all the indicators are blinding green! We're fast becoming a Luxembuorg of discussion fora. We're small but growing fast in an extremely nimble way!

If only some of the tourists would settle down here, it would be even better. There are a few posters on the membership list that I for one would like to hear a lot more from.

That's it, there's about 10 commited users who post as regularly, if not more so, than on P.ie. The rest use it as a fall-back and stop-gap whenever P.ie is shut down.

... which is fair enough. But there are a number of posters who registered who haven't posted at all - and it would be nice to see them here.
