Awards are going to be awarded based on certain particular criteria being fulfilled. We could also do annual Honours list as the site expands.

I work in a dirty grotty office in Dublin City Centre.
Unfortunatly I don't work for myself though. All my efforts serve only to line the pockets of a boss I've never met.

Is it a very big firm? Most bosses emerge at least at the Christmas do to embarrass themselves and bore their employees.

It's a small company, but I wasn't invited to the Christmas party.
