Reduced amount of tax relief on pension - at last. A lot of people used it for massive tax relief.

Capital Gains on commercial property will be changed - top rate to be cut from 9-6 this will not go lower than 6%
Will be paid for with increase in other capital gains.

Carer's benefit and carer's allowance is to go up by E6.50 per week.
A reduction in the number of State agencies by 41 and there will also be a reduction in the number of army barracks

Local Authority revenue - charge on second homes - non resident dwellings 200 € per house - private rented (will just push rents up) and holiday homes.

Child Benefit to end for 18 year olds. That's an incentive for parents not to put their children through Transition year
