| Love the cute cat. My kitten is chewing the backs of my hands as I type.
Auditor, I don't know how to embed a video the way the one above is shown. I would like to get the live ocean scene up properly. Would you advise? |

I don't really know what you mean cactus? Your own video is it? If that's what you mean then I'd have to test it first but at a guess I'd say you can't upload your own video here. You could open an account on youtube - maybe a machinenation one - and upload your videos there and then link to that. Others could use it too... I assume you know how to embed a youtube video - simply copy the embed code next to the video and paste it into your post. Try playing around with the last button to the right when in Post Reply or Edit mode - the one with the two capital As - the mode where you can see the code is actually better - I think the other mode is buggy. |

| It's a damp and drizzly morning here - which is nice for a change. I'm going to sit out on the step, wrapped up in my woolly poncho thing for morning pages and a breakfast of homemade granola, strawberries and yoghurt. I'll be wearing my nephew's Bart Simpson slippers to keep my toesies warm. La vita est bella... Hope you all have a lovely Friday. |

| Having glazed eyes is bad for making breakfast (and it was because of over-sleeping as well... the worst kind.. because you can't get any sympathy then...) I made some toast and scrambled egg.... it was awash in a sea of egg sweat though after i threw it on the plate, i don't know what happened... i had to separate my toast and proceed cautiously through the egg. ghoul of cooker, not compensating for my clear lack of ability to cook even the most basic of meals without hassle... |

| A nice big breakfast for ye, as ye have a leisurely long weekend over there. And some reading ... it's too early in the morning for me to understand the maths, but apparently Microsoft have proved the "Six Degrees of Separation" theory ... it's actually closer to Seven Degrees but not bad for a theory. http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2008/aug/03/internet.email |

| There's no point in pretending it isn't the weather for porridge. Some B and Bs serve it with cream, which is delicious. Sometimes I throw in a handful of muesli into the pot. Any good porridge tips? |

Yes. I used Flahavan's progress oatlets - not the Porsche of oatlets but there you go. I measure the right amount of milk and oats and microwave it for 2 minutes I think - I have yet to find out this year. That way you have no pot to wash. Have some fruit ready - apples mostly and mix them into the cooked porridge with some maple syrup of the most expensive kind. Mmmm. That's all. |

| It is difficult to describe the scent of the fresh baguette with fresh salted butter, and fresh coffee in a large bowl, and the decadent pleasure of sacrificing them all by dipping the baguette in the coffee. |
