If you normally get sound on your pc just try clicking on the tv screen and some controls will come up. At the moment, my quiet pc has the picture, and my noisy pc won't connect to the Dail at all

Does Cowen have some sort of teleprompter in the Dáil these days? One used to always see Bertie Ahern looking down at a page as he read. Cowen isn't looking down but he is obviously reading.
