| 6 billion investment for off shore wind energy and the necessary legislation not expected for YEARS !!!!!!! Brian Cowan - "It may not be this year but the Minister is working very hard at it".... Suggestion: Look at U.K. Danish and Swedish legislation and blend as required. Max one month. |

It may not help, but the oireachtas live webcast has subtitles... like that other temporary levy introduced in early 80's, whats it called, oh yeah...the "health levy". oh wait, we still have that one.... edit * maybe they can call it something that would assuage our anger, The Sick Orphan Levy? The Puppy and Kitten Levy?
