Kate P is right, it really is looking very interesting. 3 or 4 ? Is it possible to make the white bits in the bottom corners blue until they fill up with something ? |

| Just another small suggestion, the link to the portal at the top is misleading, I don't think it should be called "Latest Discussions". Perhaps changing the link name to "Portal", or changing it to "Home" and then changing the "home" link to "Index" (where it actually links). |

This is how it was and it was meant to reflect what the set up was on p.ie because it was quite different here then so the name 'Portal' was turned into 'Latest Discussions'. We've learned a lot since. |

| There's a few more little changes and bells and whistles and go-fast stripes gone up here over the last few days. *There's a link to the An Reilig (the graveyard) on the portal, bottom right *On the bottom left is a selection of videos which people have suggested or have come up. Plenty room for more if you have any, nothing rude though. *At the bottom is a picture of trees but it could be used as a campaign area to try to bully the govt into having more social responsibility or if that doesn't work there's plenty of space for corporate advertising, preferably from an investment bank with good credentials. *The picture of the day is not changing every day because the LHC is soo important but will be of Lehman's bank tomorrow *EVMs initiative to respond to Maura Harrigan's hunger strike and Hermes updates by dedicating a panel to the S2S campaign has already resulted in the flight of one of the biggest pipe-laying ships in the world .. *We have a post of the month which was spontaneously won by rockyracoon and which I've stopped scrolling as it was eating my memory *As there are more than one good writer here than just rockyracoon I've put a short post of Squire's on the HOME page. This will change from time to time as there are a lot of good little paragraphs and posts from a lot of different people now lately - could it be a full moon? *You can see how full/empty the moon is from the portal *There's a World Cup Thread link on the portal - right hand side... *The text at the very very top is an experiment in metatags to see if it turns up in google or yahoo as googleable. Some of it is. The subscript "Putting Machines Before People for 6 Months Now" is another experiment and turns up when googled. |

Feeling left out? Well I may as well use this place's left wing leanings to gain myself some power. |

I forgot to menton that the Charter we all put together was translated by 905, BuachaillBeo and riadach and was recently assembled by riadach who also put a few finishing touches to it and is now to be found behind the Charter/Cairt button. There's yet another gadget showing the price of oil there on the portal now and I wonder if there are too many bits and bobs hanging off the front now? If I could a detailed breakdown of month to month government spending on junkets, road maintenance, consultancy, etc. etc. then that'd be put up there too. |
