Dear manager,

As I am sure you are aware, Israel is currently in a conflict with the Palestinian people in Gaza. This conflict has resulted in over 1,000 deaths of Palestinian civilians in less than 20 days. That is on average 50 people a day, many of them women and children.

They have been using cluster bombs, white phosporus and sheer terrror to crush and destroy innocent people.

I am shocked and horrified to see that your store is selling Israeli fruit and vegetables and therefore supporting this regime.

It is because of this that I have chosen to no longer shop in your store until this is rectified. I will also be encouraging all my friends and family to do the same.

I used to know how to make a pdf. and put it on a thread, but I've forgotten. Have you time to link to the instructions Auditor #9 ? I would do up a letter with a photo then, or floatingingalway could.

The lot number – PB-91J011-002A – visible in a photograph published by The Times last week indicates that the shells being used by the IDF were assembled in September 1991 at Pine Bluff arsenal in America, where all US white phosphorus munitions are reportedly made. The contractors are Chamberlain Manufacturing [metal parts only], General Dynamics, and Ordnance and Tactical Systems.

"A small phosphorus bomb burn can cause cardiac problems leading to death within a few days" (link posted previously).

The same Times site says that the Israeli air force bombed a graveyard yesterday in which victims of the bombing had been buried.

I can do that but only on the main home computer. Going for lunch at 1, need to leave here in 20 minutes, so don't know if I could get it done before then. Could manage it by mid afternoon though. Do you just want a pdf people can download with that letter and a photo attached?

That's exactly it johnfas - but I want to do a letter to politicians as well, asking them to sever diplomatic relations with Israel, for emailing and or printing, for anyone who wants to send it.
I'll write the letter up and post it here.

I'm doing the one to tesco up now... it has the ability to print so you can bring it anywhere or a button to e-mail so that it is e-mailed directly to tesco. I'll have it up in a few minutes.
