I am pretty sure Deco would spring for any of his followers who showed up ? Libertas sounds so open and welcoming sure the man couldn't very well refuse a follower?

I'm sure he normally would, but the Czech President being a head of State would have security requirements and obviously unknown people turning up anywhere he would be would hardly be compatable with these.
