The waiting is over - the Dáil is back again today and Enda Kenny,
refusing to pair with the Government TDs, his party three points up in a recent Red-C poll, has his teeth sharpened as does Richard Bruton who appeared on Prime Time last night against Pat Carey of Fianna Fáil, his party down 4 to 36% in the recent poll.
Mark Little: What should be done about the fall in house prices?
Richard Bruton: Nothing.
But Pat Carey mumbled that we can't do nothing ... it could be a boisterous year this year in the Dáil this year - Mary Harney and the recent cancer misdiagnoses, the American banking meltdown that is having an effect on our own economy; the issue of Government and public costs that is getting more and more publicity; the budget; the halting of development through incompetently managed public water systems; the pollution of water systems and EU directives, the next Lisbon War, the Locals next year.
Thankfully to cover all the impending Doom and how we manage it there is Oireachtas Report, various RTE shows, Dáil TV, Politics.ie, The Pin and now The MN Dáilwatch thread
It'll be better than the Munster final
