Manure is a well established building material in England. In "Homes and Gardens" magazine they call it 'cob'. Dinny did well to limewash it.

The cow dung is a nice touch as it adds spiratuality to the dwelling. It could be house of worship. This must surely add to the virality and esteem of it's owner. This could be looked upon as an advantage and disadvantage. Wanton wenchs would likely lead a man astray instead of sticking to their job of dung gathering. After all who could be faulted for lusting after a man that truely knows his shyt.

Why is it that women always get the blame? My grandmother used to say "if you're in love with a dunghill you'll never see a bad straw in it" - is that what you're hinting at, youngdan?

Elephant dung is particularly useful I believe for making paper. I'm sure neoclassical homes are next on the list of achievements for those looking for ways of diversifying in the elephant dung market.
