Ah Jaysus! Havin' nightmares with this uploading image lark. I've got as far as putting it into Paint, adding my bit, and saving it but I can't figure out how to post it. Feeling sensitive about my lack of techie abilities here, lads n lassies, so be gentle with me!

There is a post here which might help you - it's not too difficult to host an image once you do it a few times.
