The French are genereally a horrible race : they are jealous, racist and nationalist like their Germanic cousins (although they narcissistically claim they are latin-lovers with an easy going happy temperement!!). We Europeans enrich them by buying their cars, food, perfume, electricity, etc. and giving them tourism and they spend their time behind their intellectual Maginot Line screwing Europe or hiding it on some hidden shelf in one of their protectionist supermarkets.

I totally agree with the Sun and to use the kind of words of that hypocritical General de Gaulle (who hid in GB during the war while his countrymen generally collaborated and then showed his appreciation after by keeping the British out of Europe and stirring revolt in Quebec) saying

Corsica Libre : allez vous faire grenouiller ailleurs!

I think people who whinge about France are trying to compensate for something... je ne sais quoi... is it their lack of joie de vivre, perhaps?

I am a bit disappointed at how things went with our troll. He was our first Troll in a long time. Nobody even waved a charter at him or directed him to the site ethos or banned him; and he in turn did not protest that his moronic post was just a different point of view that should be tolerated in the interests of fair debate, nor did he accuse the mods of being a shower of dictators who think they are smarter than everybody else. The whole thing leaves me cold.

Personally I remain unconvinced of his/her trolldom.

His moronic and explicitly racist post will live forever in the Hall of Trolls. He is lucky he didn't get Defenestrated by Ard-Taoiseach in the Chamber of Defenestration.

His awful, unwarranted and cynical xenophobia has prompted myself and Ard-Taoiseach to erect a guillotine gallows called 'Place de la Concorde'. History will record that so many Trolls were beheaded there that casual surfers were in dread of their lives to tarry in the Machine Nation or leave idiotic comments around for too long without correcting the spellings or removing the bile.
