Okay. I've been lurking here and this thread is bringing out the rather strange longing in me to go all Klingon and disturb this Trekker mania that I find utterly incomprehensible.
Maybe I need to get out more if the prospect of causing trouble on the starboard bow (Jim) seems appealing on a Tuesday evening.

Go on Kate P, have a go at the questions. There's a fine vintage of Romulan ale in it-straight from the Praetor's cellars themselves!

Oh you'll be sorry, Ard Taoiseach. Get your mod finger ready.
1.Empok Nor, Terok Nor, ?
What completes the series and why?
Nasi Goreing - because it's always no 3 on the menu.
2.What class vessel is the USS Voyager?
Three point two class - somewhere in between Deep Space Homer Corvair and Starship Enterprise.
3.Where is the Promenade?
Dun Laoghaire for preference, Salthill on a good day, Bray in a pinch.
4.Vorta, Jem'Hadar, the Founders.
What quadrant are we talking about here?
Clever question, AT. I think this is connected with Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix. Not urgent. Not important. Therefore Quadrant 2 (bet you didn't think a girl would get that one right. Go me )
5.What is the title of the Bajoran spiritual leader?
Maharaji Mahesh Bajori. You'll find his theme tune below - sort of evangelical but my kind of evangelism
6.Who was, in Star Trek, the first captain of the USS Enterprise?
Great trivia question AT. It's a little known fact that the first captain of the USS Enterprise was Germaine Greer. However it was soon discovered that the lack of crises due to poor management made for poor tv and she was replaced after the pilot episode with some far less efficient man or other.
7.What is the title of the last ever episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation?
'It's worse than that, he's dead Jim, dead Jim, dead Jim (the sequel)'
8.Strips, bars and bricks. What are we talking about here?
I'm not falling for that. I'm a good Catholic girl - nice try though, Ard Taoiseach.
9.What is the first thing that the crew of the Voyager see when they are thrown 70,000 light-years from home?
I was good at physics. So it is my contention after hours of complicated computations, that 70,000 light years from home would have seen them land in Termonfeckin. So there first sight was obviously the annual ICA sponge cake baking jamboree. Now you know why Shatner (who was on the Voyager whether you like to admit it or not) has put on all that weight.
10. Core, nacelle, factor.
Which word links these three together?
L'Oreal. The first is the little known glittery baby oil they produce for the porn industry, the second is the exact shade of Andi McDowell's hair and the third is what we pasty Irish haven't been wearing enough of in the last few days.

I'm quietly shaking with laughter(to avoid funny looks from the rest of them), that is a tour de force! Very good answers, very well thought out and hilariously entertaining. You'll be getting a prize, no doubt about it.

Thanks for all the answers, lads and lasses. If my brain is working properly tomorrow, I should have another quiz on all things Trek with points.
And what do points mean?
PRIZES!

That too, but when you have a Galaxy-class cruiser that does nought to warp 6 in 9.3 seconds, you don't really care for driving.

Litvok Nor, since it is the mysterious Cardassian space station which completes the trinity. Empok Nor was discovered, abandoned in DS9, Terok Nor is in fact DS9 itself by its Cardassian name. It was abandoned by the Cardassian Union in the withdrawal from Bajoran space.
