Frankly, I for one would be more reassured, rather than less, if there were more contingency plans in Lisbon re energy security. Because it is GOING to be an issue, no two ways about it.

Perhaps rather than investing in weapons of destruction so that we can fight over oil, we could invest in our own local independent energy solution ( f*** I sound like Declan Ganley )

yeah the guy worried about carbon use going round in massive cars etc etc
