I would imagine it's a gay social networking site. |

I'm from the country you see. I see, I got the whole gay thing from the "queer" bit of the title. As I'm sure you're aware, it's a term of abuse(?) for those of a homosexual orientation. There's been an effort to re-capture that word by the gay community, like African-Americans re-claiming the n word. Witness Queer Eye for the Straight Guy etc. |

| 'My little horse must think it queer, To stop without a farmhouse near' Robert Frost ruined the word 'queer' for me as a reference to homosexuality. While we're on the topic, gay and homosexual refer to both sexes, but lesbian only refers to women. Is there a respectable gay term that only refers to male gay? Or was that what queer is? |

Fag, poof, poofter and so on are all pretty offensive, derogatory and harshly pronounced by the offender. That said, Four Poofs and a Piano will be singing in the guests on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross tonight. |

He subsequently returned as son of Jar-El, and now masquerades as Milton Fine. All smallville characters for some reason. I think it's the obvious homoeroticism of the programme. Which reminds me, I have a rumour, but none of you will ever know it.lol |

Love that poem. I would consider 'queer' to be one of those terms that totally depends on the context of the sentence (in terms of offence). Poor Kal-El... |
