started over an hour and a half before the draw? Could have been someone guessing and got lucky but seems a bit unlikely.

That madness. It would be crazy if it was rigged and it's very possible that it was just a fluke. If it suits anyone it was Chelsea and Chelsea got a good draw in the last round as well, so people can draw their own conclusions from that.
