| That calender there on the right of Latest page is prime development land. Does anyone need it, or can I ditch it?
I have an idea to make it a Lisbon Special links box, and raid all the links ibis put on the p.ie doc thread.
Yea or Nea will do. | |

| OK. The fridge can stay.
But as you can see, the calender is gone.
Now where did ibis put all that reading material...Hmmm....

| It's not possible to add the forum title to the thread name somewhere is it? Like over to the right of the thread - in the portal I mean? When I see a thread I don't know where it comes from could be anywhere |

Afraid not Audi. Not to my knowledge anyway.

| I loved the calendar, but I can see that I am outdated on this. Could we move this to a Nuts and Bolts thread - I just posted somewhere else suggesting one, so we can ask technical questions of our Site Masters. |

| Perhaps there is somewhere else the calendar could go? There is certainly more room for everything now it is gone. I notice that our Machine Nation title block is much more lined up now. Just a little bit of jumping still if you move from Home Page to Latest Discussions. Did anyone have a chance to think about my question about blue on blue words on the Title line, and whether they would be "visible" to a bot? The top tool bar is very tightly packed. Could we lose the "Search" from it, as it is already there below. Also, sentimental though I am about it, could we lose the "portal", as I think it is the same content as "latest discussions"? And is there any way the "Log In/ out" could come out of the toolbar, say to the left of the search box, and be changed into "Log Out / Join Us"? Perhaps then, even with a font a tiny bit smaller, the You have...messages line could fit into the toolbar - or else perhaps it could be moved somewhere else altogether? |
