ok - the point being made is that cro.ie, companies registration office, will reveal much

Excellent OP. Certain names there would have been well know in the music sector, not suprising at all really.

I felt that at the time and advised people not to go the IMRO route

IMRO forces musicians to sign over EVERYTHING to them and gurantees nought, except money for their board (check their own articles of association)
