This man seems to be interested in covering it. He says there are now 19 states including those who plan on introducing this Resolution; what the Resolution is or means is still totally unclear ...

What is not clear. Read the 10th amendment.

It says whatever is not mentioned in the constitution as being the business of the federal government is therefore the business of the state government.

Then read the constitution and see what is mentioned

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"



There is nothing too complicated about that.

Good God it's half one in the morning How am i supposed to understand anything as convoluted as that ???

My first impression of it was that the Federal Government has NO powers delegated to it under the Constitution. ...
