Courtmacsherry and Kilbrittain fight over body of dead whale

A Fin Whale sadly died in Courtmacsherry Bay last week having been stranded in shallow water as the tide receded.

Now the Villagers of Courtmacsherry and Kilbrittain are fighting over the poor creature's remains - Courtmacsherry feels the whale should be theirs and want to erect the jaw bone as an arch of some sort. After all, the whale did die on their side of the bay in Courtmacsherry Harbour.

Agains that are a team of whale experts based in Kilbrittain on the other side of the bay who feel they have a superior claim.

University College Cork have already made off with its entrails, organs and other inwards for analysis and study.

I don't know where we are in the story but there are just about enough characters now but some of them need an extra bit of development. The plot is thickening.
