Lisbon - sources on the military/defence angle

Anyone reading the Lisbon Treaty will notice the extensive references to defence and military matters. Some of these are plainly written and easily understood. Some are more obscure and need a fair degree of familiarity with what can be a pretty arcane subject. External commentaries can be useful in getting to grips with particular provisions in the treaty.
