Not once all the competition have kitted themselves out with the latest speedos..

No withdrawal effects, no chemical ingestion involved to enhance speed, NASA of all people have come up with a swimsuit which allows swimmers to slice quicker through water than other, non-nasa suit wearers.

ONE of the men responsible for the new Speedo LZR swimming suit — in which 13 world records have been broken in six weeks — says it is legal and will stand up to any review by swimming
authorities.
Of 14 world records broken since it was launched, all but one have been in the LZR suit.

no, wasn't a similar hoohaw a few years ago, with a swimsuit with alternative rough smooths lines down the body to direct the flow of water, maybe the corsetting effect is more of change, but many sports have brace like things for their athletes, like weightlifting, most shoes... emmm, the amount of strapping they put on themselves alone starts to allow to do thing that most people can't

you can see on the suit the... low-drag panels in points where water flow is greatest.
