If you haven't tried the Portal view, you can click the portal button on the top bar or click https://machinenation.forumakers.com/portal.htm

I'm not sure I like the scrolling Latest Topics though. I find it a bit hard to read. I think a static one with say last 15 would be better. Anyone ?

Static - it's the latest discussions view, isn't it? Otherwise there's no latest discussions button like in the Refuge - unless I can make one.

I hope it is not fogyish of me, but I miss the view of threads in order last posted into that P.ie had. Is it possible to re-create? Otherwise I love everthing you are doing to this place.

If you click on the 'Portal' button at the top then it's the same viewpoint as the 'latest discussions' button in p.ie except more. The list of latest or last posts on the left shows the exact same thing as the latest discussions button did on p.ie.

The portal page has way too much going on for me - could it be rearranged so that the latest discussions are more central and emphasised?
Also the print on the page is pretty small...

Yeah I agree there's a big space in the centre which could be replaced by the latest discussions. However, I could break something if I go at it. Will we wait until the Robot Master is here?

That would probably be for the best - no one has volunteered yet to set up the next refugee camp, just in case...

The hardest thing about setting up this place was trying to remember the passwords... no joke.

You know, you could set up a test forum alongside this one.
