This is the Late Late from last week, Friday 28th of March 2008. God bless kingkane for sticking it there - good work mate ! (keep doing this with the week in politics, Q&A etc. might save me forking out on one of those recording decoders..)

I felt like asking for a refund of my licence fee after watching it on friday night. Pathetic. The idea that Eoghan harris or Waters should be put in front of the public on such a matter shows the joke the Late late has become. Dunphy was the most coherent and articulate commentator on a matter of national importance . Pat Kenny should hand the show over to podge and rodge for some gravitas..

Cheers to KK for putting it up for others to see how your licence fee is squandered...

Join the revolution and ditch your set, Victor Wink

Are we the only crowd in Europe paying tax to watch the likes of Pat Kenny?

Good question. But I think the British pay a licence at least.

But they get the Jools Holland Hootenany for New Year.

It has to be worth that.

We get the toy show, which is still pretty good.

It would be better if the tin soldier wasn't presenting it...
