Suggestion: Look at U.K. Danish and Swedish legislation and blend as required. Max one month.

an income levy of 1% on all incomes up to just over €100,000 a year would be introduced. The levy will be 2% above this.

Increase for knowledge economy stuff, r&d and science foundation.

889 million for education capital projects. small increase on last year.

Education spending will rise by 2.7%, while health spending will go up by 2.1%. The State pension will rise by E7 per week

standard vat up 0.5 % to 21.5
13.5% on houses unchanged
fags excise up 50%
8 cents on liter of betrol
no changes on drink
reduced excise on low alcohol beer
