The Dark Internet: How do we get at it and should it be protected?
There's loads on the internet as we know; underneath the internet there's much much more that isn't indexed and is for one reason or another out of sight. The different areas are variously known as the Deep Web, the Darknet or the Dark Internet. Some of it is boring academic stuff we don't want to see but some of it is good too. Then some of it could be dangerous.
Do plotters on the internet have the right to plot in peace without the CIA looking at them or whoever? Does anyone have any idea how to get at all the good stuff tucked away on the Dark Internet .. ?
